boxee tv1 Boxee TV Puts Video sharing in one convenient placeOne of the problems with a video sharing sites like Hulu, YouTube, and any number of network-affiliated ones like ABC and CBS is that there are too many of them. It soon becomes troublesome as you have to go to one site to watch a certain show, then another site for another show.

Boxee has figured out a way of grouping together all of these confusing video-sharing sites by putting them all in the same place. So if Hulu is one your favorites, but you still want to catch some of the latest amateur ones on YouTube, Boxee is the place for one-stop viewing.

Unfortunately, Boxee is not currently available on Windows right now. It is available for download for Mac, Apple TV, and Linux. Unfortunately, there is no word on when it will be released for Windows, or if it is prepared for Windows 7.

I first encountered Boxee while I was at CES Unveiled. I saw one display that looked rather interesting to me, but it was blocked by a lot of spectators. I figured that they were giving something away, but it turned out to be a killer application named Boxee due to the collection of boxes that make it up.

I know you are probably wanting to try this, but it is only available for the platforms mentioned above. Boxee is even thinking of making a Boxee Box designed for viewing You can go to the Boxee site if you want more information.

I’ve got Boxee installed and it looks really smooth. Unfortunately, it’s still quite buggy…
