So, is there an easier way to find out the colors of your page?

Normally, I just take a screenshot and open it in Paint.NET, then just use the color pickup tool and get the hexadecimal that way.
But I'm wondering, has anyone made a Firefox addon that shows the color of anything you have highlighted with the mouse? |

If you use Firefox, there's a great add-on called colorzilla:
http://www.iosart.com/firefox/colorzilla/ Pretty handy for color picking... |

I use catch Color (http://www.dr-hoiby.com/CatchColor/index.php) its free and very simple to use. Just start it up click the icon in the notification area folowed by anywhere on screen and it loads the hex value into your clipboard so you can ctrl+v it where ever you want. I have tryed may hex pickers but this is the best I have found.

Dartz, I use that same method you have been using, except I use Paint Shop Pro. I have been wondering if there was an easier way too. I'm so glad you asked this question, because it looks like you got some great answers. I'm going to try that Firefox add on and see how I like it. Cheers!
