I have 8 blogs and I am sure this would be great tips for me because I have less traffic for my blogs  which gives me lower price for ads ( I guess ) . I want at least 150 people visit my blogs.

Well I one to make you clear that Google Adsense rate is not depends on your traffic but it depends on your niche and keyword selection. So don't be confused.
